The Executive Board is the governing body of the Spanish Pedagogical Society, and the body responsible for the implementation of agreements reached by the General Assembly, which acts as an Executive Committee.

The full Executive Board meets at least once a year, usually coinciding with the Pedagogical Congress in those years in which it is held.
